(11/19/2021) It was a hard day at Ruff Housin’. Our very own, the one that inspired it all, has made her way to heaven. You may recognize her from our logo. As dog owners we understand how hard it can be to leave your pups. After struggling with this for the majority of Paisley's life, we sat down & figured out exactly what we’d want for her while we were away & that is Ruff Housin’. It is what it is today because of this precious girl & we are so very thankful for her.“Dogs do speak.. but only to those who listen.”
(09/10/2024) It's always a sad day when we get word that one of our Ruff Housin' Pups has crossed the rainbow bridge. Our lovely Lady Ivey passed away at home this afternoon after 17 long & wonderful years. We ask for everyone to please keep her mom, dad, & fur-brother Rufus in their thoughts & prayers. She was the sweetest old girl that touched the hearts of everyone she met. She will be deeply missed. In honor of Lady's life & memory, we will be hanging a picture of her in the office so she can continue to watch over & welcome all of her Ruff Housin' friends.
(02/25/2025) "It is with heavy hearts that we announce that one of our pups has gotten her wings. We received word the other day that Biskit Benson has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Biskit was the sweetest girl & instantly loved by everyone. Always seen with a smile on her face, she truly brightened our day. She will be deeply missed. We ask for everyone to please keep her family in your thoughts & prayers. We will be hanging a photo of Biskit in our office in her memory & so she can continue to watch over & greet all of her Ruff Housin' friends. Rest in Peace Old Girl! We love you!"
(03/19/2025) "Sometimes our lives are touched by gentle friends who only stay for a while, yet remain forever in our hearts." This morning we received word that another of our wonderful Ruff Housin' Pups, Sugar McGill, has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Sugar had a long life full of love & always had a smile that was contagious. She will be deeply missed. Her photo will be joining those that have passed before her on our Wall of Honor so that her smile can continue to greet & brighten everyone's day that enters Ruff Housin'. We ask for everyone to please keep her parents & fur-sister, Piper, in their thoughts & prayers.
