Daycare (Monday - Friday)
Daycare Drop off is from 7am - 11am & Pick Up is from 1pm - 6pm. We are closed from 11am - 1pm for lunch & to give the pups a break from playing with additional time inside as needed (due to weather, special events, your pup's medical necessasities, etc.) You're welcome to bring food or treats for us to offer your pup during our lunch break as long as it is in something sealed (zip lock bag or container).
Boarding (Every Day / Sunday - Saturday)
Boarding Drop Off Monday - Friday is from 7 am - 11 am & 1 pm - 5:30 pm (we prefer our pups to be dropped off at least 30 minutes before closing to allow them some time outside before going up for the night at 6 pm). Pick Up Monday - Friday from 7 am - 11 am & 1 pm - 6 pm. Saturday - Sunday Drop Off & Pick Up is from 12 pm - 3 pm. We offer Early Drop Off from 8 am - 9 am & Late Pick Up 4 pm - 5 pm on Saturday & Sunday for an additional $25 charge, however, it must be scheduled at the time of booking.
We have stainless steel bowls for water & food as well as limited blankets & beds on site but encourage Owners to bring anything from home (toys, beds, blankets, pajamas, sweaters, slow feeders, etc.) that their pups require to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Your pup will be the only one to have access to their belongings in their suite, but please note that Ruff Housin' is not responsible for any damages they may cause to them. Additionally, we ask that all food & treats be brought in something sealed (container or zip locks).
More About Daycare & Boarding
***PLEASE NOTE: We require ALL of our pups to pass our Standard Temperament Test as well as provide current standings on Bordetella, Distemper/Parvo, & Rabies. ALL dogs over the age of 7 months must be spayed or neutered.***
During the week our Daycare & Boarding Pups are out in the yards together & have a lunch break from 11 am - 1 pm. Daycare usually goes inside around 5 pm to prepare for pick-ups & be dried if needed. Boarders will stay out until right before we close at 6 pm.
We offer FREE 24/7 LIVE FEED CAMERAS through an app called "LTS Connect" for all of our Daycare & Boarding Pups! Be sure to mention you're interested & our staff will help walk you through set up at your pup's Temp. Test / Drop Off! We are only a text or call away during business hours to assist with any technical issues, answer questions, & provide updates on your pup. This allows you to check in on your pup & keep your mind at ease!
Staff is onsite from before 6:30am till after 6pm every day. After business hours & in case of emergencies, we are located on our wonderful Owner, Rachel Houser's family property so help is always close by!
While your pup is at Ruff Housin' rest assured that they will be treated, loved, & spoiled like one of our own!
Holidays & Events
Throughout the year for holidays, seasons, & sometimes just because, we will do special events, crafts, and/or treats with our pups! WE CANNOT STRESS THE IMPORTANCE OF COMPLETELY FILLING OUT YOUR PUP'S FORMS & LISTING ANY / ALL CURRENT MEDICATIONS & ALLERGIES SO THEY CAN PARTICIPATE!
It is also important to note that we may have adjusted business hours throughout the year for holidays, maintenance, & staff training / events.
